What happens to my saved leads if I cancel? ›
Your saved leads are never deleted from our system. However after cancellation you can only view your 3 most recent leads as a preview. All remaining leads are kept securely and restored instantly the moment you reactivate your subscription.
Can I reactivate after cancelling? ›
Yes — log in with the same email address and choose a Starter or Pro plan to reactivate. All your saved leads will be restored instantly regardless of how long you have been inactive. You will not need to search again to access leads you already found.
Can I use my saved leads after cancelling? ›
After cancelling you can preview your 3 most recent saved leads when you log in. All remaining leads are saved securely in your account. To access your full lead list, generate scripts and use Client Closer you need an active Starter or Pro subscription. Reactivating instantly restores everything.

You can cancel anytime from your Account tab. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No refund is issued for unused days but your saved leads are kept.

Each search checks up to 40 businesses and returns up to 20 that don't have a real website. You see their name, address, phone number, Google rating and photos.
How does Client Closer work? ›
Client Closer generates personalised WhatsApp and email outreach scripts for each lead, plus follow-up scripts for Day 3, Day 7 and Day 14 and objection handlers for common client pushback. Each lead can have two script types — a Basic website pitch and a Chatbot/booking-system pitch — and you can switch between them or generate both without losing either. Whichever preview link you save for a lead is automatically built into all of its scripts, so you never have to paste it in manually. The Chatbot scripts also come with a short demo video link (WhatsApp and email each get their own) showing the booking system in action. For Starter and Pro plans, yes — your search allowance resets every 30 days from your subscription start date, and unused searches do not roll over. The Free plan's 1 search is a one-time lifetime allowance rather than a monthly reset.
